 What is a MUN

Students can participate in international affairs and diplomacy through the educational program known as Model United Nations (MUN). Delegates, who represent various nations, engage in a simulation of United Nations meetings.

Students can develop important abilities like collaboration, public speaking, research, and negotiation. It increases their awareness of global issues, develops cultural awareness, and encourages leadership and teamwork. MUN equips students with the information and abilities required to become knowledgeable global citizens and future leaders.

Each delegate will be assigned a country that will belong to a certain committee. Then that committee will argue about a worldwide topic or issue that will require all countries to have an opinion and a way to address it. There will be some spicy arguments and a bit of a quarrel among the delegates. These arguments are steered by the Chair. The Chair will be a leader of a committee that will guide delegates through the debate and address vital issues.

Head of Security Mohammed Raddoui is the MUN head of security. He will be the man that stops the bad guys from interrupting this memorable event. We managed to get a quote from him about his security protocols. “Safety, in its widest sense, concerns the happiness, contentment, and freedom of mankind”

Head of Committee & PR      Saif Habib is the selected Head of the Committee. Saif’s job will come with heavy responsibility and will need extreme authority since they oversees the operations of the committee during a conference. The head of the Public Relations Department will be Kareem Naous. An organization's communication and image are overseen by the head of public relations. They manage media relations and handle crises
